intro

Greetings Internet Users,

I've been meaning to subscribe to this list for a while, after
previously messing it up by using an address I subsequently broke :-)

I've got around to it now, and SM asked I write a short intro, so here
it is.

As you can guess, I like to break and fix things on the Internet,
including my own email. I try to do more fixing and less breaking
mostly.

I first connected to the Internet in my home country over a phone line
with a squeaky 56k analogue modem back in the early 90's ('93 or '94 I
think). Since then I've been online in one form or another most days.

I've lived on the Island of Mauritius for 2.5 year between late 2007 and
2010. And I liked it enough to return again in 2012 and have been here
another 3.5 years now since then.
