Dear Mr Hawabhay,
It has been over a month since I sent a request about technical
specifications in order to understand whether the National Identity
Card is "safe". In an email dated 29 September, you mentioned that
"We will revert back later next week".
According to the code of ethics [1], "it is the duty of Public
Officers to give to the public any information required or advice and
to provide reasonable assistance". Is the Ministry of Technology,
Communication and Innovation unable to provide information about the
technical specifications of the National Identity Card?
