Thanks for sharing this. It is strange that a web site of the
Government of Mauritius has such a copyright notice.

The system uses "digital certificates". The cost of a certificate
for two years is Rs 1495. The "standards" used for the "digital
certificates" are incorrect. I wonder what will happen if the
technology is discussed in court.

The web site looks like Java. :-) The system may still going through
testing as there are a few "DEMO" listed. The system requirements
for the user lists "Windows 7 / Windows 8 / Windows 10". It is nice
to see that OpenOffice is supported. I am interested in seeing what
people with a strong interest in Open Source will do about this. :-)
