Hi Shelly,

Could you please do the following the next time you see the "limited
internet connectivity" messages:

   1. Find out whether your laptop has an IP address

   2. Ping 192.168.1.250 to see whether you get a reply from the
Netgear extender

   3. Ping 192.168.1.1 to see whether you get a reply from the ZTE
