Introduction

Hello,

Following a subscription request, I have been asked by S. Moonesamy to
introduce myself to the list and so here it is.

I am Dr. Stephen Naicken, a Visiting Research Fellow in Computer
Science at the University of Sussex. My research interests are
delay-tolerant networking, publish/subscribe systems and the
application of social trust to computer networks. Whilst my PhD was
quite theoretical, essentially a form of Steiner tree problem,
post-PhD, I have shifted to practical applications of research. The
last research project I worked on was the implementation of a
delay-tolerant network in a UK football stadium, which led to a
University spin-off.

Having glanced through the mailing list archives, I look forward to
observing the evolution of various Internet & technological issues in
a Mauritian context and also contributing to the discussions. If I
have missed anything or if there are any questions, feel free to ask.
