Where to download the MNIC Act?

Dear Sir/Madam,

On a radio programme aired on Radio One, I heard the Minister of
Technology, Communication and Innovation referring to the MNIC Act. I
visited your website [1] but could find the "act" even while using the
search feature.

I then visited your Services [2] page which has a link to mnic.mu. That
website is not accessible. Could you please simplify my search by
providing a direct link to the MNIC Act?
