The user experience is affected by the internet connection and the
computer you are using. Here is the time it took for me to:

   Opening the web browser 1 second
   Going to www.twitter.com 3 seconds

If I write a tweet in 10 seconds I would be able to do all this in 15
seconds. Please try what I did and share your user experience.
