Anyone with a BSc Computer Science could list
himself/herself as a developer or
"ingénieurs". I doubt that the person will gain
adequate experience in Wordpress by completing a
BSc. The person might install all type of themes
and plugins as the manager in the example
above. It is nearly the same thing for a person
from a university outside Mauritius.
