The error message indicates that a function which is called at line 784
of the file vivvo_box.php could not be found. To better understand this,
a function is part of a code that is specifically written to execute a
task or set of tasks. When an error is displayed mentioning the function
can't be found it would most probably be because the file in which it is
written cannot be read by the application.

Now, there could be several reasons why a particular file cannot be read
at a certain moment. One scenario, as Shane suggested, could be during a
maintenance, where the files are being modified/updated. Another
scenario could be if server is having read/write difficulties, which in
turn could be caused by several factors (it can happen if a server
becomes slow during backups). Well, these are assumptions and the real
reason could be something else :)

System admins would usually analyze files called "error logs" to
identify which errors occurred at a particular time and what could have
triggered those.

For info: Vivvo [1] is a content management system (CMS), like Drupal,
WordPress etc. The website lematinal.com runs on this CMS.
