00:03:39 on the page so I guess people are showing interest.
I believe the marketing term you are looking for is the 1% rule (Internet
culture)

With an active community in Mauritius of... top 400 users there is no
surprises in those numbers
But we are looking _at_ growing this number and I believe you should too for
the interest of industry.
This will also be achieved by showing a more welcoming attitude to new
comer....
I am actually responsible of what is published on the website and I think
that this article is valid.
It is showing global pattern and underlying the lack of information and
data in Mauritius.

Content curation is a widely used and accepted in the industry I don't see
any problem with that.
