I have a little question, is the organisation being represented or the name under whom somebody is sitting in a meeting, considered as confidential? Or is only what is discussed in the meeting held as confidential until declassified?

être représentant sous quel cadre juridique? y a il eu un vote? est ce passé par voie de presse?
On est un groupe sans être enregistré.Le MIU doit être une association.Avec un Président, un secrétaire et un trésorier.Le tout enregistré sous le registrar of associations. Il faut minimum 10 membres + 2 auditeurs.
Si demain douze personnes s'enregistrent, ils auront priorité sur vous.Le Gouvernement le sait et joue avec nous.Soit on se professionnalise en étant sous une association soit on continue à discuter en se donner de l'importance et des breaching the confidentiality...
De toute manière, même dans une association, il y a des gens qui travaillent d'autres sont des touristes qui critiquent.L'objectif étant d'avoir une ligne de conduite et s'y tenir.

It was said not to disclose anything from the notes of the meeting until the same are approved. You are breaching the confidentiality of that document. You might be reprimanded by the Chairperson for disclosing classified information on a list that can be read by public.
