Mailing list netiquette

Hi folks,

I have written an article[1] about mailing lists netiquette. Daniel, you
kind of gave me inspiration for that. Besides the past weeks we've had
to remind people about proper formats when sending emails etc.

In the article, I took examples from the Mauritius Internet Users
mailing list. I'll be glad if you folks could have a look and suggest
improvements.

Netiquette can be said as being net-etiquette, that is, a proper way for
communicating over the internet.
