Unfortunately, you will need to believe everything that I say, at least
that is what I learned.
I do not know who provided advice for this multi-stakeholder forum and
how it should work. Definitely, it does not meet the explanation
provided by Dr Vint Cerf. The explanation is clear enough for anyone who
has passed English in CPE to understand.
