He/she should make sure that the right information is being sent since this mailing list is public and anyone can access it.
As per our discussion during our weekly Skype meeting. Om volunteered for helping new subscribers understand the code of conduct for the mailing list. I will monitor his efforts to ensure that he does not forget what he said.
