Dear Mr Moonesamy

I am referring the issue of availability of data elements pertaining to
"Internet Quality of Service Assessment˛ to ICTA for their inputs.

As for the copyright issue, the World Bank experts will be addressing the
issue as part of the ODRA. In fact, they have a focused meeting on
copyrights/licenses issues.
