To whom it may concern,
I pay Rs 1116.07 + Vat every month for an ADSL 512K Business.
Recently, the internet speed has been decreasing non stop till it reached a record low speed. I've to wait for several minutes for a web page to start loading and 30 to 60 mins for it to load completely.
It is not the first time I have complained about the speed.
I have done 2 speed tests on 2 different international servers; South Africa and Australia.(Screenshot attached)
You better have a good excuse to make me pay the bills for this month!
