I am on MyT 1mb and live at Curepipe.

Last year i had same problem and several times their technician came to my
place. They just replace the livebox and the last time they came, the
technician brought an equipment to check the line attenuation and other
stuff and according to him, it was because their line could not support the
speed of my connection or something of that sort. I don't remember what
exactly he told me. But when my connection became stable again, i was given
i month of free internet. If this persist i'll have to send a complaint too.
