Although the articles were interesting I did not comment about
them. There are already too many topics in a week. I prefer not to
add more by discussing about what is happening outside Mauritius.

In the rest of the world there are web sites cutting load time by a
few seconds. In Mauritius, there are still web sites cutting load
time by a few minutes.
