New framework for market regulation

Dear Sir/Madam,

The document at
https://www.icta.mu/documents/2014/New%20Framework%20for%20Market%20Regulation.pdf
mentions that there would be a public consultation about the "New
framework for market regulation" in November/December 2014. I could
not find any such public consultation on the www.icta.mu web site.

I would be grateful if you could provide me with the documents for
the public consultation about the "New framework for market regulation".
