​At the level of the ICT Advisory Council the matter of Bandwidth vs Price
has been raised. I will contact you guys in the coming days for some input.
I cannot elaborate more right now because the topic itself hasn't been
brainstormed extensively within the council. It has only been included in
the agenda.
