Because the prices are outdated.
See the official website of Emtel for latest price information [1] and
[2]. According to their own web site it's Rs. 3,499 for Prepaid plans
and Rs. 3,484 on Postpaid for their broadband connections. And Rs. 2,949
or Rs. 2,934 on LTE connections.

As far as I know, Emtel always tries to match or stays under Orange
tariffs by at least Rs. 50 or more.
