The national TV broadcaster uses a free email service (gmail.com) for
its web site.

There is some information about the finances of the MBC on Page 81 at
http://mauritiusassembly.govmu.org/English/hansard/Documents/2015/hansard0415.pdf
The replay service for the past week does not look like a "decent"
archive of videos. The user experience (for the web) is far from adequate.
