Unable to access xtremepapers.com

Dear Sir/Madam,

Students from Mauritius[1] have reported that they could not access
papers.xtremepapers.com. I checked[2] the DNS records for the domain and
indeed I could not find an "A" record using Mauritius Telecom's public DNS
(202.123.2.11). I can however access the webpage using Google's public DNS.

Could you please tell me if the disappearance of the "A" record is
accidental or it was executed on purpose by Mauritius Telecom?
