There may be some misunderstanding. The .mu Select Committee never
agreed to 4.2 (i) (d).

The Chair of the Multistakholder Forum stated that there can be an
item in the next budget of the Government of Mauritius for the .mu
ccTLD. The representative of the ICTA did not raise any objection
when the Chair suggested that the ICTA provides funding to hire
someone. I assume that there are also be funds available to the
ICTA. None of the representatives from the private sector mentioned
anything about providing funding.
