Hello Irshaad,
:S Okay..so they are monitoring our Internet activities... Do they have a record of the number of Internet users using Torrent? Is downloading using Torrent legal? I would like to know how they are monitoring us. Who is going to monitor their Internet activities?

Why did you use 'would'? How can you not be sure that they are already doing same?

Okay so i have a few questions.....
Would the Government monitor all activities of the Internet users in Mauritius? Talking about torrent...would the Government be able to identify all internet users downloading using Torrent? Is downloading using torrent legal? Would monitoring Internet users violate their privacy?
