Hello,
Am still waiting for the minutes of meeting. I was wondering why you are taking so much time to send us the minutes. Usually notes are taken during the meeting. Why wasn't these notes sent soon after the meeting which was held on the 22nd of April? Are there any confidential matters which cannot be made public? If so, we would understand. However, we would be grateful if an explanation is provided.
Thank you.

Objet : Re: Minutes of the meeting of the Multi–stakeholder Forum Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm the representative of the .MU Registrars. In the .MU Select Commitee, I didn't agree to the MCCI model as it is a limited membership where only organisations are members of the .MU Registry. Such a model does not represent the local internet community. It is an issue if the government is moving from the current private limited entity to a non-profit which lacks transparency.

It would have been best to have a model where the public in Mauritius could easily become members of the .MU Registry and where anyone can be elected to become board members of that organisation.

ICTA proposed in a draft document made on the 18 March 2015 to enlist Mr Chris Disspain who is an ICANN board member as a consultant. This is a conflict of interest and this is to be avoided.

I sent an email on 27 April to request if the Ministry of Technology,Communication and Innovation could circulate the minutes of the meeting ofthe Multi貞takeholder Forum which was held on 22 April. I did not receiveany reply. As I mentioned in my previous email, there has been concerns about themeeting of the Multi貞takeholder Forum which was held on 22 April. The lackof response from the Ministry of Technology, Communication and Innovationmight be perceived as a sign that the concerns are being ignored. Hi Mr SM, It has been discussed, and my understanding is that 3 legal councelsare working on a MCCI model currently.
