There is a web page at

of Service for Internet". The web page states that "Measurements
include the actual data rates and Internet performance received by
Internet users" and highlights the following "consumer benefits":
"it enables consumers to know exactly the level of service they
are obtaining
for the price they are paying"
I could not find any information on www.icta.mu about the actual data
rates and the internet performance received by Internet users. Is
this information available?
