Please see the second slide in the URL I mentioned in my previous
message as it may be easier for you to understand the answer below.

A single point of failure is, for example, a part in a network which
causes the entire network to failure if there is a failure at that
part. In the current case, all .mu domain names rely on the
assumption that ".mu" will be working. If there is a failure at the
".mu" level all domain names below it, e.g. orange.mu, intnet.mu,
google.mu, etc. will stop working.
