Hi Shelly, I don't believe that. It's more of a perception. You would
be surprised about the number of electronic devices that you own which
are running code written by Mauritians :)

For example, once I walked in the Apex shop located in Bagatelle. They
are selling Mac products. Mac laptops are very robust, but they're
very expensive. The design, and the reliablity of the software is very
good.

I launched the MacBook laptop on display, and realised that it was
running code that I developed some time ago. That was a surprise :)
Apple is strongly associated with US software engineers, in the mind
of a lot of Mauritians. Few people know the full story :)
