ICTA Internet Telephony Service Licence

Hi,

I would like to see the ICTA Internet Telephony Service Licence be
reduced so that it is affordable to the service provider to provide such
services in Mauritius. Currently there is no one licensed for it maybe
due to the excessive cost per year.
