The news articles mentions "ces chiffres
étonnants" in respect to the statistics about
SMS. Why should that be surprising given that it
was clear that there would be a decline in the
number of SMS? The last news update on
mtci.govmu.org was in April 2012. The last event
on that web site was in August 2014. The local
press doesn't usually provide the source of its
information. There is a link to the ICT Observatory on www.icta.mu
