The future of SMS in Mauritius

Hello,

An article in lexpress.mu[1] debates the future of SMS in Mauritius. It
highlights stats published by an ICT Observatory that falls under the
umbrella of ICTA. However there is no link to this ICT Observsatory,
neither anything regarding these published stats under the 'news & events"
item at icta.mu nor at mtci.govmu.org.
