The minimum hourly rate in 2010 in France was around Rs 354. As you
wrote a patch to prevent the cache mining problem you had the skills
to earn more than that minimum hourly rate. It is a disadvantage
when a person cannot evaluate his or her skills as the person would
not know whether he or she is being paid a lower rate for the work.

It is also a disadvantage to the person if he or she is not allowed
to provide evidence about the work. People who may not know much
about web security would be hired instead of the person who can do
the work properly.
