.mu Select Committee proposal

Dear Mr Gorden,

I submitted the .mu Select Committee proposal [1] and a technical
proposal [2], as Annex 1, to the Chair of the Multi-Stakeholder Forum
on Internet Governance. I suggest having a meeting of the
Multi-Stakeholder Forum next week to discuss about the
recommendations in the proposal.
