are susceptible to any disturbance of ​public harmony in Mauritius through
racial remarks. Since it's an Indian "company" I need to know the
procedure, if there is any, for local authorities (ICTA most probably) to
raise the issue.

It's not about blocking any content but rather if the company is liable to
a fine or sanction.
