Hello all,
I am currently using DISQUS comment system and I haven’t yet faced any issues till now. I even migrated my old blog comments to new one. Can you show us a screenshot of the actual problem so we can help?
P.S I am not using WP for instance.

Discuss plugin for wordpress is just very bad I would not recommend using it and you don't really need it.
Last time I checked you can use the embedded code to your pages (I think they call it universal code)
