LibreSSL is not vulnerable to Freakattack

Hi guys,

Following:

We have taken of freakattack. In LibreSSL, we remove weak ciphers as
part of a massive effort to audit the ciphers that we provide.

Again, we were being proactive, as our efforts paid off !

Unlike, OpenSSL we do not support weak ciphers.
