Telecom Mauritius 2x Internet speed

Dear Sir/Madam,


Since very recently I have used Telecom Mauritius' speedtest tool and
have found out that my internet speed is now 40MBPS while I have a
subscription of 20MBPS[1]. I have also checked with other people around
Mauritius and they are experiencing the same 2X internet speedtest results.

Is this normal? So far I haven't noticed any communique from Telecom
Mauritius.
