Hello Miss/Sir/Madam,
On Monday May 10, 2021 I requested some information about the current CSA
tool being used by the ICTA. Since to my current knowledge, the tool used
is Netsweeper and it is a cloud service from the Netherlands, my questions
are as follows:
- is the company subjected to Mauritian Data Protection Laws?
- what kind of data is being intercepted and saved by the company?
- if data is being saved, what is the data retention of policy of the
company?
Humble request to look into my queries or to at least acknowledge the
email. Thank you.
