Fake biometric ID Card case

Hi Ish,

I read your blog article about a "fake biometric
ID Card" case [1]. According to the news article
which you cited the matter occurred in March
2009. That was before the introduction of the
biometric ID card in Mauritius. Is the following
from the news article: "conducted their
investigation in « total » transparency"? The
text in the news article says: "a été faite en toute indépendance".
