PHP mailing list subscription

Hello,

I tried subscribing to the PHP mailing list at
http://php.net/mailing-lists.php. I could not and the page displayed a
message [1] saying:

  « You forgot to specify an email address to be added to the list, or
    specified an invalid address.
    Please go back and try again. »

Are there restrictions to certain gTLDs?
