Wifi at Riche Terre Mall

Dear Ms Nicolas,

I visited the Riche Terre Mall and I found out that there was a wifi
service. However, I could not connect to the internet when I joined
the wifi network. This was due to a technical problem with the
network. Would it be possible to fix the technical problem?
