Contact email address for Civil Status Office

Dear Sir/Madam,

I sent an email to civstat_at_govmu.org and I received the following
error message:

  "civstat_at_govmu.org
   The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now."

Is there an email address which I can use to contact the Civil Status Office?
