There was a news article (

) about the cables of an ISP being cut. I visited www.mixp.org after
that and I got the following error: "the connection has timed
out". Here is the traceroute output:

I also tested from outside Mauritius and found out that the MIXP
network is unreachable. Why is the MIXP network unreachable?
I hope that Afrinic can understand how embarrassing it is for the
country if its local Internet Exchange Point goes offline because it
is was built on unreliable infrastructure.
