This is the traceroute output between MT and EIS:

  1 197.225.22.1 1.525 ms 1.235 ms 1.138 ms
  2 197.226.251.86 1.612 ms 1.488 ms 1.566 ms
  3 196.223.0.5 1.757 ms 1.882 ms 1.530 ms
  4 196.46.34.109 47.428 ms 47.570 ms 47.450 ms
  5 196.46.34.71 48.693 ms * 47.697 ms

I don't see any issue related to peering between MT and EIS in the
above. It looks like it the company mentioned in the test which is
experiencing peering issues.

Are you able to share (in your own personal capacity) the traceroute
output from your office network to 2001:43f8:280:1::c ?
