I read a news article (

) in which you were asked whether "il faudrait
renforcer la loi" in response to the Ramsar
wetlands youth photo contest problem. I like
your reply ("Je pense que cela ne résoudra
rien"). When there is a problem in Mauritius the
tradition is to say that the law is not strict
and to call for harsher penalties. I doubt that it would solve any problem.
