It is easier for the residential customers to make an informed choice
when the price of the product is public available online. I searched
the web site of the Information and Communication Technologies
Authority for tariffs approved by the Authority. The search did not
turn any results. I searched the web sites of few of the companies
to which an Internet Service Provider License was issued:
I was only able to find information about internet service tariffs
for residential customers in one of the five cases mentioned
above. 19 licenses have been issued. How many of those companies
are providing internet service to residential customers?
Does the Information and Communication Technologies Authority verify
the web sites of those companies to find out whether a residential
customer will be able to make an informed choice based on the
information which is provided by the companies?
Could the Information and Communication Technologies Authority please
send me the residential customer tariffs which it approved?
