In February 2015, I sent an email to Mr V. Luchan as he was listed as
being in the IT Security Unit of the Ministry of Technology,
Communication and Innovation to notify the Ministry that the
deployment of DKIM for govmu.org is incorrect. I provided details
about the problem:

I was reading an email which I received from a "govmu.org" email
address and I noticed that the problem is still unresolved.
