Hello,
Cloudflare is now temporarily re-routing their Johannesburg and Mombasa traffic to other locations so that the affected websites are online again. According to their Status Page[1], network related issues were reported in the locations stated above and a fix is being implemented.

Same thing here cloud flare seem to be an issue
