Inaccurate Whois Data

Hello,

I was wondering what happens if a user supplies invalid Whois information for a domain. Shouldn't the domain in question be suspended for providing inaccurate Whois data? While doing a Whois lookup on thegodof.net, I found out that the information are fake[1]. The sponsoring registrar, Aplus,has already been contacted.
